Contest Period: Nov 1, 2024 to Jan 30, 2025
1. Eligibility
- The contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
- Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Grand Island Tourism are not eligible to participate.
2. How to Enter
- Participants can enter the contest by complete
- Each participant may submit only 10 entry/entries during the contest period.
3. Prizes
- The prize for the Grand Island Vacation Contest includes vacation packages worth up to pre-stated dollar amounts.
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
4. Winner Selection
- Winners will be selected by random selection on February 1, 2025.
- The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
5. Notification of Winners
- Winners will be notified via email within 5 days following the selection.
- If a winner does not respond within 5 days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.
6. General Terms
- By entering the contest, participants agree to abide by these rules and the decisions of the organizers, which are final.
- Grand Island Tourism reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these rules or engages in fraudulent behavior.
7. Publicity
- By participating, entrants grant Grand Island Tourism the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
8. Liability
- Grand Island Tourism is not responsible for any technical malfunctions or failures that may occur during the contest.
- Participants enter at their own risk; Grand Island Tourism is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages associated with the contest or prize.
9. Privacy
- Information collected from participants will be used in accordance with Grand Island Tourism's privacy policy and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
10. Governing Law
- This contest is governed by the laws of the United States of America.
